How To Lose Weight Eating Food?



Every single day, millions of people around the world are looking for that perfect way to LOSE WEIGHT. The fact is most people find some diet pill or diet gimmick that will harm their body. Even if you could, lose 25 pounds fast, is it worth taking years off of your life? When you reach that weight loss goal you have set for yourself, you will want to be Healthy and Happy. The simple truth is you must eat the proper foods to maintain energy and health for your body. Boosting your metabolism is the number one key to losing weight. There are only two ways to successfully boost your metabolism. The first way is to eat five or six SMALL meals per day. (Hint: does it fit in the palm of your hand?) The Second way is to exercise, get that heart rate up and keep it up for 30-40 minutes. Now if you are like myself, you can’t exercise, for whatever reason; injury, excess weight or just lazy. Let’s face it, if you could boost your metabolism first, you would eventually have the energy needed to exercise, in turn helping you LOSE WEIGHT even faster.

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight. Check the labels, if the product is Low Fat, it is loaded with calories.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. Once again, check the label, if it is Low Calorie, it is usually loaded with fat or it taste like total crap. Besides that, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carbohydrate Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carbohydrate Dieting Plan. Low carbohydrate diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carbohydrate menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carbohydrate menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
